violin to the tape but didn't like the outcome. decided to erase the tape. While doing so, I peeled the laminate off the top and sides of the MASTERWORK and made a wood burning directly on it. again on the face of the Heath. finished burning when the tape had been sufficiently erased.

afterwords, disassembled the cartridge and removed the metal sensing strip from the tape to allow for continuous looping on each of the four stereo tracks.

played back the "erased" tape as you can hear here. during which time I made final touches to the laminate

shellacked the wood burning
